Janice, with her mother, Neola Chauvin . Neola 's great grandfather was Louis Chauvin II, who was one of the original builders of the 2nd St. Mary's Chapel. Her father, Augustin Chauvin, named after Fr. Augustin Kempnick, St. Mary's 1st permanent pastor, built the St. Michael's school in Convent from the lumber salvaged the Sacred Heart Convent, in which Convent is named after.
